There is a leader in my church who once shared a talk- see the link to it here: https://www.lds.org/general-conference/2007/10/good-better-best?lang=eng&query=good+better+best
The talk is about evaluating what we are doing every day and striving to do what which is "better" and "best" over just good. So, last week I spent 3 days of the week helping my physically handicapped mother in law and my pregnant cousin move. It was hard, especially since I am still in the fresh stages of potty training my toddler, but it was a service that they truly needed and I was glad that I could take the time to go and serve them. This won't be a long or preachy post, I just want to share, what are you doing with your day, it is okay to do the "good", but is there something that you should be doing that is "Better" or even "Best"? That is something that I try to do to do better every day. I just want to be clear, though, we can't spend every minute going other places and serving others, sometimes what is "Best" is staying home and tending to our families. In your search to better yourself, please keep that in mind!
